The mission of the San Antonio Black International Film Festival (SA​BIFF) is to showcase quality films, advocate for, and support filmmakers of African descent.  We expose and educate audiences to the myriad of stories, subject matters, voices, perspectives, and diverse images of Black people throughout the global Diaspora that have been historically under-represented.

Welcome to the San Antonio Black International Film Festival’s 7th Year.  In this day & time we find our ACTIonVISM theme to be vital to encourage Creatives to focus the ART as a form of  ACTIVISM to educate, empower and energize our people to ACTION.  Let’s utilize film as a catalyst for Change!
